Jaguar Cowling
      
      Those of you on Facebook will find about 20 pics. -Those of you not on Fa
      cebook only get the final pic.=0A=0AMy original estimate to install a cowli
      ng with white epoxy primer on the outside and Imron on the inside was 35 ho
      urs. -I figured I'd done enough that that should cover it.-=0A=0AAnd, i
      t will if you don't care too much about the outcome. -=0A=0AGetting the c
      owling fitted and mostly installed with the hinge and everything adjusted t
      ook about 50 hours. -Sanding, detailing the edges, filling a few pin hole
      s, and making the cowling ready to paint, painting the cowling, installing 
      nutplates, and assembling the landing light takes another 16+ hours. -Ins
      talling the baffles and trimming them to fit the assembled cowling takes an
      other 16 hours. -Removing and installing the cowling several times really
       eats up the time. -=0A=0AI also installed the Electroair electronic igni
      tion in this plane. -More on that later.=0A=0AI figure I have over 100 ho
      urs in this plane. -I was short on my estimate. -Better luck next time.

      Hi Guys, I own a Traveler registered as experimental in South Africa. If there
      are winglets that are just lying around I would like to give it a try. How can
