    Subject: Rudder bars/cables
    From: Gary L Vogt <teamgrumman@yahoo.com>
As part of the restoration process, I stripped and bead blasted the rudder bars from 28747. One thing I noticed was the Clevis screws holding the rudder cables to the bars were worn. Not a lot, but, I'd say maybe a .005-.010 step in the screws. The hole for the screw in one of the rudder bars was deformed and elongated. The plane has 1560 hours TTAF. Gary Sent from my iPad
