      Who knows? When you replace them with the "correct cotter pins" you can sen
      d the clips to me. I seem to loose the ones off my riding lawnmower's deck 
      on a regular basis. 
      There is probably the grounds keeper at his old airport wondering why he ke
      eps losing the ones off his mower.

      Looks a bit like a Matco type cylinder http://www.matcomfg.com/MASTERCYLINDERINTERNALRES-idv-3377-5.html
      
      The reservoir capacity looks a lot less than the standard 10-35. If they wanted to save money, who doesn't, why didn't they just use the Grove 676  http://www.groveaircraft.com/676.html
