Subject: Jaguar Cowling update
I spent Saturday and Sunday fine tuning the fit of the upper cowling and dr
illing the 38 holes for the rivets and installing said rivets and then fill
ing the holes with filler and then block sanding the entire upper cowling.
-Today I painted the primer on the inside and outside of the upper cowlin
g. -First two coats: self etching primer; followed by 2 coats of an epoxy
filler primer. -Tomorrow the inside gets painted white Imron. -Preppin
g to paint is a lot of work. -Painting is easy. -The only part I don't
like is cleaning the gun.
