Dennis Savarese" Subject: Re: TeamGrumman-List: painting a nose strut The Grumman maintenance/service manual for your aircraft has a very good diagram of how the washers should be reinstalled. It's very important they are reinstalled correctly or you will probably have a pretty good shimmy from the nose wheel. Dennis A.
