Yes, George:
It is exactly the reason why RV'ers leave the flaps down. The flaps on an
RV are NO WALK FLAPS in any position. There is NO walk way between the
flaps and the fuselage as there is on a Grumman and as stated they are no
walk flaps unlike the Piper. Which in the UP position can be walked on.
