4, beginning at 10am,-at-Roosevelt Memorial Airport (5A9,) in Warm Spri
ngs, GA.- The fly-in-is hosted by AYA members-Lou, Dena & Brittany-
Evans.=0A-=0A5A9 is a quaint,-5000' paved, lighted, uncontrolled airpor
t originally built in 1939 and named after President Franklin Delano Roosev
elt, whose "Winter White House,"-now a Georgia State Historical Site, is
minutes away.=0A-=0AOur fly-in-will start with-an informal "meet and
greet" at our hangar, followed by a-delicious, lip-smackin'-Southern-st
yle luncheon at the "Court Square Caf=E9" in-nearby Greenville, GA.- Af
ter lunch, we-will then travel to nearby Warm-Springs, which-is only
a-short drive away from the restaurant, and there, we will tour Roosevelt
's famous and well-appointed "Little White House," where he died in April o
f 1945.- =0A-=0AGround transportation will be provided-to-all locat

I don't think it has much if anything to do with the switch being left on, r
ather its due to age, corrosion, and poor quality switches. Ive seen this i
n a number of aircraft types. With the low cost of replacement switches, I'
d just replace them all for good measure, and while doing so, I'd re-crimp t
he female connectors so they make a good connection to the new switches. If
you look closely, you can see corrosion on the other female terminals too.
