Of the 3 fuel senders I have and don't work when installed, they all have f
loats that won't float in fuel.=0A=0AI installed 2 overhauled sending units
in a Traveler a couple of years ago and they don't work either. -I suspe
ct the floats don't float on those either.=0A=0AAny suggestions?=0A=0AGary

Make your own floats? :-D
Go back to the brass floats .... drill a hole and fill with foam. JB
weld over the hole.
