      OF STOCK IN EUROPE OR YOU NEED TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR A NEW ONE.  DID YOU
      HAVE ONE THAT THE NEW WAY OF FUTURE TI DIGITAL RADIO,HE WORK ON EUROPE UNTIL
      NOW 6 YEARS

      could be it's the RDS (radio data system) where it gives you extra info 
      on your deck's display.
      
      here's a link to an austrian site that lists models with the R suffix. 
      some are in english, some non.
