--> XDP4000X-List message posted by: "Eli A." <ea62@msn.com> Hey everyone, I just recently spoke to Sony's Mobile techline. Very nice group of people, certainly way more helpful than Sony's customer support line. I found out that the C90 and the C910's Unilinkarchitecture is different between the 2 units. If fact about once a year Sony makes a change to the Unilink system. The C90 was never designed tooperatean XT40V. That explains my next problem, sometimesno picture on the TV function, no sound at all. The C910 worked fine. Older Unilink components might not be compatible with newer. They make so many changes and introduce so many new models its hard for them (Sony) to construct a chart. I suggested a Flash upgrade for Unilink, similar to the way you would the BIOS on your pc. They know about the MobileESloyal following. I asked about the C90vs. C90R, must be outside the US. I askedthe tech to,when they get achance, toplug the DVD changer w/Unilink kit into the C90 to see if it recognizes it. I will find out in a week or two I hope.
