These were all older vehicles with crappy radios, but they never seemed to work either way. Maybe the tinting did make it worse, I couldn't really say. Maybe you should think about adding a separate external antenna. As for your thoughts on bi-amping your front components, just give a holla when you finally get around to doing it, let us know how it sounds, I know you're going to be amazed, I still am!! HA ha ha!
