As long as the C90 has DSP and TV Tuner controls you should be good. If you connect the XT-40V to a head unit that does not specifically say it will drive the XT-40V, then the XT-40V will only display the data on the unilink bus (song / radio titles and what not), and you will never be able to source over to the TV/Video input. I'm installing a "soft modded" XBox with the XBMC (XBoxMediaCenter) for playback in my car. It supports a wide variet of formats. I'm getting a bit of noise from the inverter (I really didn't want to use an inverter). I'd love to use the TOSLink input on the 210EQ, but it's not going to happen. So I'm thinking about building my own SPDIF to analog board, and using that for the audio input to the analog inputs on the XT-40V. I've heard that the 4000 adds a bit of a delay while it does it's DSP processing which throws video off a bit. I'm sure there is a way to delay the video though, to align things back up. ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 11:14:17 AM PST US From: "Colin" Subject: XDP4000X-List: Brand New XDP-4000x for Sale - Scotland --> XDP4000X-List message posted by: "Colin" I have one of, if not the best DSP ever made for sale. This unit albeit not boxed is brand new, 100% perfect condition still with the labels under the connection screws. This is nicest piece of equipment i have ever owned and have had it for a number of years just never had the right car to install it into and it breaks my heart to sell it (sad i know)but the time comes when other things are more important in your life. This is a is a fully digital preamplifier with a 20 band par EQ, Time Alignment, 4 way active cross over with 4 pairs of 24 bit crystal DACs all programmed from a laptop. An optical cable can be used as link cable from the HU to this unit. It can do so much i could just write forever about it. I also have a CDX-C910 which can be linked up to this unit via the optical cable. The CDX-C910 is not quite as good as the CDX-C90 (which is most peoples choice of HU to run with this DSP) as a stand alone HU however does not decrease the sound quality at all when linked up to the XDP-4000x. I also have a 5 meter optical cable and USB to serial cable which I will supply. Anyway looking for offers, if you know what this can do then you know how much to offer. I also have everything in my system for sale as listed below. PS I have been a member on here for a number of years, this is just a new e-mail address. ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 03:44:08 PM PST US From: Scott Thibault Subject: Re: XDP4000X-List: Changer Options --> XDP4000X-List message posted by: Scott Thibault No hahahha!!
