It doesn't support connecting other devices as a host (which would have a USB-A plug l ike on a computer). Instead the XA-300 functions as a USB sound card (actu ally appears as "USB Speakers" with a Burr-Brown D/A in XP, IIRC). You can 't plug other devices into it. It would be like plugging in an HDD into a printer or a thumb drive into wireless network adapter, lol.
