All,
Per the current issue of WB, James "Pappy" Goolsby Sr. was awarded his
Warbird Aviator and Senior Warbird Avaitor Wings. About time.
I know some of the rest of "youse" are qualified for wings also. Lets
step up an apply for the recognition you earned by participation in EAA
Warbird activities.
Go to this link and click on the "Wings" program. For WB Aviator you
will need to fly in WB shows at 5 events, (not days or individual shows)
and log a certain # hours in Warbirds. 10 events for Senior Wings plus
more hours.
Recognized events include Copperstate, Oshkosh, and Sun n Fun.
