Jim,
Mandrels are not that hard to make. I used old fittings and split
hardwood blocks carved and honed to size so that they clamp the outside.
It all fits in a bench vice.
Yes, US industrial hoses can be found in grades superior, even to US
general aviation stuff. Even the prices are cheaper.

has used Parker 221FR hoses that are the same size. He says that Mandrills are
not available to fit the hose but the oil cooler hoses are all female fittings
and the male end of the fitting can be used for that purpose. He states that
the Parker hose is superior to the original Chinese hose.

single hoses but it has had a complete restoration in 1997. Thanks for the help

Does anyone have the base frame for the CJ ADF receiver box?
By the way, thanks to Dennis Savarese who sent me the M14 operating chart minus
the humor.

Midwest Yakkers,
I do not expect to be in the midwest Sept 12-15 when the Mt. Comfort, IN
airshow for Indianapolis is being held. I do have an invitation, with
the usual perks: room, car, gas @ oil but I could submit someone else's
name and address in my place for consideration.
This is a neat event; last year they had the Corsair gathering. At least
3 CJ's are located nearby. This a benefit airshow for Riley Children's
hospital with some top acts as well as locals.
Let me know soon, they need to allocate their funds, going down a list.

Joe,
I saved just the bare base frame with the thought I would mount a smoke
oil tank on it. Just last week I threw out the ADF and cables after
saving them for 7 years. I suspect that there are many lying around.
