Finally the computer is fixed here in our condo in Delaware. Still awaiting =0D
the arrival of our #3 grandchild (due tomorrow) and I plan to take on a =0D
flight simulator tomorrow.=0D
=0D
What I need from you folks out there, is a sort of commitment. As you know =0D
this year is the 100th anniversary of flight. Duh? Well, I believe we should
=0D
celebrate by showing off the war booty of our winning the Cold War and the =0D
winning we're doing on this new war. =0D
=0D
I have a couple of special formations in mind to fly in the OSH WB part of =0D
the show. These formations need a minimum of 18 aircraft. I'd like to get a =0D
good idea of how many of you will be there. The more the merrier.=0D
=0D
Also I need to know if yawl want an acrobatic box again this year. I've been
=0D
asked to do the foot work of this responsibility (putting my neck out) and =0D
I'd like to know if it will be used.=0D
=0D
What pictures I've seen of the formations at S&F and the compliments we =0D
received from the airboss and other significant folks in the know, we did =0D
very very very well. Those of you who flew in them are dully allowed to =0D
become round shouldered from patting yourselves on the back.=0D

P.S. If I've missed answering a lot of e-mail from some of you, please note =0D
that I had 172 messages that piled up since leaving home. None of it Spam=2E=0D

Cars through U-Save are getting tighter. Suggest calling. Blitz will be coming
in with me. I'm open to sharing the car and cost with one or two others. Car
is $48 a day. We're staying at Heritage Inn.
BTW, the U-rent phone number is 1-888-872-8311.

Pattie,
Nice to hear from you. I think we're playing a bit of telephone tag at this
point so I'll send this just in case.
Our plan right now is to arrive on July 27th (Sunday).
Our plan is to practice our formation stuff until Wednesday the 30th. When
we will formation over to OSH.
Each day we will maybe fly early morning flights at MTW and than formation
over to OSH, returning in the early afternoon after our part in the Warbird
airshow.
We may ask you to pick up water and lunch for us and we pick up the tab as
before. The use of your chapter club is God sent, and I look forward to seeing
how you finished it off.
We are not having a full blown clinic this year. We found that most of the
members could not stay for the whole Warbird show
at OSH, because their vacation time was shorter.
Hope I've answered the questions.
Be see'n ya.
Jim
