      I am getting ready to fly from the USVI to Washington DC via the Bahamas. 
      Grand Cayman is just a bit out-of-the-way and I don't have any overflight 
      experience with Cuba so I would be just a bit leery of that until I get 
      more information.  If he can easily get to the Dominican Republic or the 
      Turks & Caicos he is welcome to ride with me.
