I had a very similar problem and it ended up being those aluminum crush washers described by others. It was an easy and satisfying fix. Check that sucker for looseness. Boy, Dennis, you sure have a twisted idea of fun! :) Also, while you're at it, check the filter on the compressor as well. If the output check valve is gummed up, the felt filter could probably use a cleaning as well (gas works just fine...so long as you are not smoking at the same time!). BTW, flight #3 of Panda-Monium took place today...the squawk list is getting smaller and the plane is getting faster.
