--> Yak-List message posted by: "Jerry Painter" <wild.blue@verizon.net> Gents, A friend of mine is having serious health problems, lost his medical and has to sell his Yak-52. I sold him the airplane a while back and can say without hesitation that it is the nicest -52 I've seen. It used to be owned by my chief mechanic/IA, who pampered the airplane and saw to it that all the little details have been put right. I would rather have this airplane than a new -52W or TW. I've had all three and used to be the factory dealer for the western US. It has about 850TTAF, 150TTE, 50TTP, fresh paint, leather interior, KT76 txp/C, the Russian 760 military quality com and ADF w/RMI and intercom. The fabric is all new Stits and a full set of covers by Bruce is included. See my ad on Barnstormers for more info and pictures. This is an opportunity for someone to get an exceptional airplane at a great price. The airplane is located in the Sacramento area. I wouldn't post this sort of thing ordinarily, but he needs to sell the airplane right now. Any leads are greatly appreciated. Regards, Jerry Painter Wild Blue Aviation 425-258-4522 425-876-0865

But 3 PSIG (gauge pressure, not absolute pressure) represents about a 2M head at 1G, about a 1M head at 2G, and about a .5M head at 4G. If the tank is back in the back of the airplane and you are pulling G, 3PSI might not get the oil to flow to the manifold unless the oil tank is well above the longitudinal line passing through the injector. It might work but I would want just a bit more working pressure. 30PSIG (2Kg/cm 2) sounds a lot better to me.
