You need to order the P/N 540 heat pads. They are two 3x5 pads connected to one plug. This is what works best for Yaks and CJs. The President is also a Yak 52 owner. Give them a call. Great guys and the product works for the oil tank and they are coming out with an oil sump pad for all M-14P and Hussani engines. The weather was just beautiful. Around 76F, light breeze out the East, humidity around 30% with high alto cu. The folks across the taxieway, daughter got married on their dock on the airpark's pond/seaplane way. A marry time was had by all even though a number of the grooms quests were his fellow workers from our local FSDO. Until - Many of us didn't know it but earlier in the day, 3 of our seaplanes based here, headed for a flyout lunch along the St. Johns River. One of our English residents and his wife were flying their Tigermoth on floats. They have owned and flown the airplane for over 40 years. As he approached the shore line, she got out on the left float as she has always done. They were in a slow taxi when one float hit a submerged root causing her to fall into the idling prop. She is now in critical condition with massive injuries to her arm and very serious injuries to her head. Please, thoughts and prayers for Ann. She is a very sweet person.
