Hi there everyone;
My name is Kent Carlomagno and about 1 year ago I uploaded on my computer an opening
page wallpaper done by a gentleman who may be one of the Yak pilots. The
wallpaper was a rotating one with different beautiful cloud formations that would
change every 10-15 seconds. On the icon page this was used as background
and on the upper right corner were famous aviation anectdotal phrases by for example
Richard Bach, Helen Keler and Leonardo da Vinci to name a few! I updated
my program from windows 95/98 to 2000 and in the process lost the wallpaper!
I would like to revive this on my screen and trying to track down the person
who created this wonderful addition to my computer so I don't have to have it
deencripted! I would be very grateful for any of you out there who could guide
me in the right direction!

Folks,
We thought our members would like to know "who is coming to the party"
If you are a member of the RPA and log in, go to EVENTS and EVENT ATTENDEES, select
"All Red Star III" and there is a list of 69 registered members and their
aircraft - we even include their e-mails when able to allow folks to coordinate
inbound trips, etc. This attendee list is available for every RPA event...
All part of the new RPA...

Jim and all,
Jim, did you know our lost pilot at SunnFun said basically the same thing about
SunnFun? He said he never saw the dates or location of the off-site field, and
said he missed the yak posts.
First, your RPA site www.flyredstar.org, has the dates, just hit EVENTS.
I can understand missing a yak post about an event, there's a lot of info on this
list. Our sister organization in Europe actualey runs a matronics like list,
but has created three seperate lists to reduce the occurence of mixed/missed
information.
We have another solution, just try it, just as a test. Click to www.rpatalk.com, your associations forum site, don't log in, you don't have to log in to read, only to post. Let me say that again, to find critical information on such topics as an RPA event, you don't have to log in to read/see the information at www.rpatalk.com...only to post information...
I will leave critical event information there in the event room.
That information will be there forever, if you need to locate or remind yourself
of that key information I'm about to post there in "events", it will always
be right there, you never have to search for it or ask the author to repost it
for you.
Just try it, it will help our event organizers and help you locate critical planning
information.
Hint: bookmark the forum website, so you never have to type it in...

Does anyone have a good contact for an insurance company that will cover an aircraft
project for ground risk only insurance. Most run for the hills screaming
as soon as you mention the word aeroplane. I have secured an aeroplane in the
U.S. but need it insured till I get it in the container downunder in a few months.
