Kimble's Aviation Hotel arrangements
As part of the preparations for the Fly-in, Kimble's Aviation has made
arrangements at some of the local hotels for accommodations. Kimble's
Aviation has arranged for discounted room rates at two of the local
hotels in Georgetown DE. Both of these hotels are within a five minute
drive of the airfield and will be very convenient for pilots
participating in the activities throughout the weekend.
To reserve a room for the weekend;
Choose a hotel from the two listed below
Call the hotel and ask for one of the rooms reserved for the Redstar
Pilots Association, or under the name Adrian Belinne (of Kimble's
Aviation)
Change the reservation to your own name by giving them your name,
arrival/departure information, and your credit card number
Points to be aware of;
You must call to reserve a room by at latest Sunday, June 20th or the
reservations will be lost
You will need to provide a credit card number to hold the room
Mention your bedding preference when you reserve the room (King versus
two doubles)
There are eight rooms reserved at the Comfort Inn and 17 reserved at
Knights Inn, so if you wait, you may not have a choice of hotels
