I understand that "FOR CERTAIN", the FAA will be at OSH this year to convert
LOAs to ETRs.. Evidently Washington is trying to lighten the back log by
having someone there.

Folks,
We've been working this morning on the ability for members to submit
articles for the quarterly newsletter.
The association website now has a prominent link on the left menu for
uploading articles to the newsletter. This can be done anytime, as they are
saved on file for Jim Gs (newlsetter publishers) use as needed...

Was Washington involved in the LOA conversions? I got the impression the
J.D. and CJAA brass put the whole deal together in a back room in Milwaukee.
Did they ever publish the new rules for the unwashed masses or are they
still classified Secret- need to know and you'll find out when you send me a
check.

:} You got me. I've never pressed for a LOA or ETR. (No one has needed me
to fly their Hawker Hurricane, or F-86. OK I'm picky). I was passing that on
this list because I know some guys read this who have LOAs or whatever.
