together the schedule of events and your forms will provide us with a
better idea of what is wanted and needed. If you need a copy of the
form, please email me at Lynch@NetJets.com. Please also book you hotel
rooms ASAP. The other decent hotel in town is already full, and as many
of you know first hand, the back to that location makes a homeless
shelter look like the Ritz....

The following are pictures of the Delco alternator installation in
N46CJ. These first three are from its initial design, which was not
used. The second design shows the pad directly welded to the alternator
and after the spline broke after flying the plane to California and putting
on a few hours.
Marcus Bates, Jr., machined two new armatures for me ( one as a spare ) and
changed and squared up the mount. The last three pictures are of the
broken spline and second design but before it was realigned. It
essentially looks the same as installed now.
One of the pictures has a faded stamped part number on it, though not too
readable. Until I get a chance to un-cowl the engine, I will not know the
part number or even is it is visible as installed. 46CJ is currently at
RIU where Randy is doing some work on her for me.
If Marcus is lurking on the list, perhaps he can help with that
directly...and add some detail to the evolution of it all.
I will copy this post to the list as is, but you ( or anyone interested )
will perhaps need to go to the pictures section of Matronics.
