I say that each one of these things is someone's personal agenda and 9/11 is
the excuse they are using. Disney, for example, tried get flight over their
parks banned before 9/11. After 9/11 it became an issue of national
security... The Customs department tried three times to get shootdown
authority for civil aircraft (suspected drug smugglers) unsucessfully.
After 9/11...
There are many more examples.

boats....wait....who would live here??
The evil actions of 19 men do not serve as an indicator for the 1.5 billion Muslims

Red Star guys
I want you all to know how proud I am of my friend and partner (owner-partner,
not the other kind) George Myers. Our Yak-52 "Stack Doll" suffered an instant
engine failure today enroute to the Rome Ga fly-in. George made a text book
gear-up forced landing in a corn field near Scottsboro Alabama. The only damage
was a small dent in the lower cowl and, of course, a wasted prop. There was
no damage to the airframe anywhere else (the flaps were up). Tom Kahlert, George's
wingman who was on his shake-down cruise in his own Yak, stayed with him
and assisted. Tom said it was a textbook forced landing. Kudos to George.
The failure was instantaneous. RPM went to zero and the prop shaft broke leaving
the prop windmilling. We'll let you all know what happened when we find
out.
