I had heard that someone has developed a Fuel Injection System for the
M-14. If true, would the same system work on the Housai???

TJ,
Thanks for not mentioning our engagement on the way home (the Yak-50
took about 270 degrees to get on the Lancair's 6 at 14000'..the little
speed wing was no match in a level turning (rate) fight... <gasp>
there's that ugly 3 letter word...don't worry, we never saw more than 3
G's ;) ) ....but that whole trip is a different story, eh? ;)
My only consolation was a 200 kt. ground speed and terrain mapping on
the MFD...

I finally broke down and decided to go with Zerk fittings on the CJ.
Question: There are 2 zerks on the top of the main gear legs at the
main pivot point. Will the forward zerk clear the attach bracket??

Folks,
Last shot; if you would like to run for one of the seats on the RPA Board of Directors,
hopefully to be expanded by the strong showing, let me know - although
you won't get rich, you will a chance to have a say in what comes next in the
association. Just email me off list and we will forward your name to the VP...
Even if your on the fence about the decision, you should go for it, your involvement
makes the differance...
Election time and process will be announced later, were waiting on the KGED post
event article for the newsletter coming out in July...

Darn, I hate it when I have 2 jerks on my strut and then it will not fold
up. Oh, you were talking about zerks! Never mind.

Frank,
I do not know anyone living in the Indian River region flying YAKs. Earnie
is not to far from you there, are you Earnie?
If you want to come up to Montgomery, I can readily accomadate that
request.

CJ owners,
Does anyone have a simple method, a parts list or pictures for adding a
intake drain kit to the Housai. My M 14P was much simpler with large drain plugs
that could be drilled and tapped for AN fittings.
Also, I would like information on baggage compartments. I would like to add
one to my plane and have no idea of what other CJ owners have done and what
options are available when adding one.
Is there a POH online for the CJ?
Thanks
Phil

Talk to Doug Sapp he has access to drain kits, you need to do a little
modification but they work well.
