As you may have heard, we had a fantastic gathering at Georgetown, DE.
We had 24 aircraft show up, got lots of flying in, had several
successful check rides, a very good looking mass formation of 16 planes,
a photo session with a B-25, good food, great friends and a wonderful
time for all.
There were three end of clinic issues....
* We found a set of car keys.
* Sean Carroll is missing a green parachute which has "Carroll" written
on it.
* Art Nalls is missing a green parachute which has "Nalls" written on
it.
Please take a minute to check your chute or spare chute to see if you
mistakenly picked up the wrong green parachute since they all look the
same. If you are missing car keys. Give me a call.
Many thanks,
Charlie

Hello Yaksters, I am looking for a new PAG-1 inverter for my IAR823. I have been
told that it is the same one used on the Yaks by Cliff Coy. ( who doesn't have
one to sell).. Please contact me off list if you have one or know where to
look... Thanks, John Finley

If you want to see some of SchemeDesigners work - they started to
work on our 52 TW - check out the web site.
http://www.schemedesigners.com/yak/
We decided to not use his design and did one ourselves. I think he
is a little pricey for what you get. but you can decide. He is easy
to work with.

A Navy combat pilot, shot down in '65 and imprisoned for 7 years at the Hanoi

confinement for 3 years just to keep him from inspiring other men to resist
as he did.
When confronted with being used for a propaganda photo, he smashed up his face
with a stool to thwart his captors. He lead the resistance within the camp. After
the war he was awarded the Metal of Honor. In later years, 1992, he was scorned
by the Talk Show Pundits, New Era Conservatives, and Liberal Establishment
alike for being Ross Perot's running mate.
Stand up with me tonight and drink a toast in the military manner, to Admiral James

Guys-
Sergei Boriak has confirmed his availability during OSH/MTW !!
If you are interested in training with him let me know. If we have at least 6
people to fly with him the cost will be reasonable. Max over 3 days - 10 people.
Plan on about $100 per hour for preflight, flying and debrief.
If six people want to fly with him we will split his travel costs equally - or
about $100 each.
Of course the more we have fly the better to spread out the costs.
Let me know ASAP if you want a spot. I need to plan travel for him 1-2-or 3 days.
I spent 1 hour flying with him last year and the improvement in my acro flying
has been incredible. In one hour of flying and about 45 minutes on the ground
we covered enough to give me six months of figures to practice. The last 10
minutes was my own airshow performance from the cockpit by Sergei linking the
figures together. I wish I had my camera system in last year. This year I have
the system in and I will plan on about 2 hours of flying with him.
If you haven't flown with someone on his level I would highly recommend taking
advantage of sharing the cost and doing it during MTW/OSH.

With all due respect to our British friends, the islamic, religious
attacks will continue.
As the past 1600 years proves, islam will forever breed murdering
zealots (notice the lack of proper capitalization....islam does not even
deserve that small measure of respect).
The British, as well as the US, would be better served by banishing this
religion (and it's practitioners) from our shores forever.
I'm all for tolerance and acceptance but I draw the line at giving the
rights of freedom to a murderous religion like islam. I don't want them
here and if given my way would ship them all back to the wastelands of
the middle east.
As long as they are in Britain and as long as they are in the US you
will see them commit heinous acts of slaughter against men, women and
children. Islam does not belong in a free society. The sooner we realize
that the sooner our freedoms can be restored.
Our misguided political correctness will be our undoing. The politically
correct viewpoint of protecting islamic religious rights will cause the
deaths of thousands, possibly millions, at the hands of islamic
terrorists. We need to wake up and rid them from our society before that
happens. These people don't deserve freedom.
Rest assured the current situation will get worse. We need to round them
up and banish them back to where they came from....a wasteland of heat
and sand. ......God's fitting gift to murderers in league with evil.
They would still be nomadic goat fuker$ if not for the west.
