Today, I learned that an RPA member ordered some RPA patches from the on-line
store months ago, but never received them. Not good!
Here's how the system is supposed to work. You place your order.
Concurrently, it comes to me, and you get an automated response, indicating that
its been
received. Generally within 24 hours, you'll get a personal (not automated)
e-mail from me, letting you know when I'll mail it. Patches are mailed USPS First
Class because they're small, but everything else is sent USPS Prioity Mail.
If it went Priority, you'll also receive tracking information from the USPS.
So, if you haven't heard from me personally within two days, or received your
order within say ten days of hearing from me, start yelling. I want to know
about it! I get pissed off, when I don't get the stuff I order and pay for.
Your reaction should be no different.
Thanks, Blitz

Same for me. Had one missed order when the store was in transition. Let Blitz know
about it and he fixed it.
Blitz is doing a hell of a job as far as I am concerned. Particularly for the salary
he gets for doing this, free!

Actually he does a better job than most who get paid to do the same
thing.
Then again, I may be a bit biased.

SOB,
Exactly what I was trying to say. Blitz does a hell of a job, particularly on his
salary!
