He sold the plane to Richard Kruczek from Huntsville, AL. He keeps the plane at Moontoon, AL. He fly's the heck out of it. richkruczek@knology.net Dennis ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stephen Fox" Sent: Friday, September 08, 2006 10:25 AM Subject: Yak-List: Who own this plane > Anybody have a clue as to the owner of this 52 > ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 06:41:25 PM PST US From: "Jim Griffin" Subject: Yak-List: Cj 6 engine I found a crack in my front engine case below #2 cylinder on my Huosai engine. It explained my windscreen oil without apparent oil on my prop. I am looking for another chinese engine if anybody has one for sale. I am also considering an M14 engine if the conversion cost is not prohibitive. Any ideas? After all sorts of poking, prodding, and research, walked into the hangar and looked at the generator and saw the problem right away. The new brushes have a bigger tab than the old ones, and a tab was rotated a hair and grounded on the frame of the generator. Fixed that and fixed the problem. Thought something was up after finding continuity between the armature and ground while the wires were disconnected. And I was all set to blame it on one of Doug Sapp's new hoses. -------- Mike Bell Yak 52 Elk Grove, CA yakflyr@comcastdotnet Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=60509#60509 ________________________________ Message 5 _____________________________________ Time: 10:19:09 PM PST US From: "doug sapp" Subject: RE: Yak-List: Re: Generator Won't Generate --> Yak-List message posted by: "doug sapp" Yep those generator hoses can be a bitch to get hooked up correctly.
