Does anyone have a Yak 50 brake latch assembly--the part that
bolts on the stick and provides the latching shoulder on which
the brake locking latch rests? Mine is worn.
Thanks.

Cliff,
Can you get a YAK 52 rear cockpit stick? I have one in my 50 and it works great!
Actually like it better than the one in the front seat of my 52!

Rob Kent has a diaphram for the carb. But I am looking for a rebuild kit
also. No such luck yet.

I will get back to you with the results.

Doug,
I was talking about the ends that screw into the turnbuckle assemblies.
The cable I am looking for is the same diametere as the control cables not
the trim cable. Need it to replace a jammed fuel cutoff cable in my 50.

Doc,
The H2-5400-00-1 trim cable is a piece of metric cable that measures
about 36 foot 10 inches long. Don't have a clue as to rather the 52 and the
CJ are the same size, but this cable mic's about 1.30MM
Metric male end's????......at the risk of starting another inappropriate
thread, please describe your male end. If you are talking about the end
which is swaged onto the cable and screws into the turn buckle barrel, yes I
have new trim turnbuckle assemblies and turnbuckle parts in stock.
Unfortunately I'm not able to swage the ends at this time.

Are the CJ controll cables the same diameter as those of the 52? Do
you have the capablility of swagging them also and do you have the metric
male ends?

Dennis,
If you order H2-5400-00-1 it is the forward CJ6 trim cable and is
simply a piece of cable without formed ends, price is $25.00, If you need
the exact length let me know and I will measure it.

I have a .Doc procedure with pics but it's a really big file and I only have dial-up
(just a po' boy). I have been waiting for the new RPA web site to gain the
functionality of the old site where articles could be posted to a tech page.
No Joy yet.
