I've agreed to go and have a look at it for him tomorrow and to check the back one is working. Any tips on what I should look for up front that may have gone wrong? The propeller not turning will cause that problem and it will be extremely quiet in the cockpit (just kidding of course). There is no MP gauge in the rear cockpit of the 52. Most likely it is the instrument if the engine appears to be producing normal power during run up and take off.
