Ditto - I had someone else fly my aerie and noted the master had been left full down - no problem. -----Original Message----- From: owner-yak-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-yak-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of A. Dennis Savarese Sent: 28 February 2007 04:01 AM Subject: Re: Yak-List: Re: White Paper on Russian Generator System <dsavarese@elmore.rr.com> Rob, As you have said, schematically it is virtually impossible for that to happen. In fact, on my personal airplane (52) I have left the battery/external power switch down for days at a time and did not have any discharging of the aircraft battery. So whatever is causing it is not reflected in the electrical schematics. Dennis, Jorgen Thanks ... spoke to a couple of other UK based owners today ... one owns a -52 & could not comment (had not left the master down yet), the other a owns a -50 and had discharged the battery in this manner. So no obvious pattern here (if there is one anyway) ... so would like to ask the Yak-List if anyone else has experienced this issue to post a one-line message giving their aircraft model & year of manufacture please. If there are no others then I guess it's just coincidental. Thanks, Rob > Jorgen wrote: > Ditto - I had someone else fly my aerie and noted the master had been left full down - no problem. > Dennis wrote: > Rob, > As you have said, schematically it is virtually impossible for that to > happen.
