I would like to purchase the wrench used to remove prop blade gland nuts. I
believe it is called a spanner. If I remember correctly, there is a tool house
in L. A. (not "lower Alabama" Dennis S.) that sold this tool at a very
reasonable price. Can anyone shed some light about the size and where to purchase
one? I am also interested in a pin wrench to tighten the intake and exhaust
gland nuts on my Housai.

Phil,
I believe Doug Sapp may have the intake gland nut wrench and the pin
spanner for the intake and exhaust collars in stock. As for the hook
spanner to remove the large castellated nuts, you can buy one a
www.mcmaster.com.

Oh Pappy! You do love the big projects! Seems like you headed the push
to
get Bushi Cheng and his wife over as well ' and that was very
successful.
So I=92m in. Sounds like it will be a blast. If a goodly number of
Yaks join
in we can create quite a rumble over OSH!
We=92ll need to encourage 60 ' 70 CJ owners to commit to coming in
order to
plan for problems down the line.
With that many CJs plus the Yaks and others involved, it may be possible
to
arrange for a fuel sponsor like BP.
Would you consider inviting Bushi again?
If the Yak 52 drivers help us out in =9208 we can reciprocate by helping
them
out in =9226.

Got yea! Sounds like it will be a blast. If a goodly number of Yaks joi

According to RPA records there are 109 CJ-6s in RPA, with 53 pilots with
FAST cards.
There are 129 Yaks with FAST cards for YAK 49 pilot, (That's all types of
Yaks).
Yep we will need almost total commitment.
With that many CJs plus the Yaks and others involved, it may be possible to

Yes, and maybe some other surprises.
If the Yak 52 drivers help us out in =9908 we can reciprocate by help

They will not be left out in any circumstance.
