To owners of Russian registered yak 52 planes: as you know, some
modifications are tolerated, but you=92d better check first with the
Russian
inspectors (who are responsible for the CoA) before applying.
We =91ve got the permission to replace the original 60 liter wing fuel
tanks
by Dennis Savarese=92s fuel bladders. The inspector approves the
installation
but urges us not to fill them completely when doing aerobatics.
Merry Christmas !

Hank, and any others:
The ETB workup will start as early as Thursday July 24th with the mass departure
on Monday July 28th for the Oshkosh Warbird arrival. At ETB (West Bend, WI),
I have made arrangements to stay at the Americinn, details follow after the holidays.
At Oshkosh, Pappy has arranged for a block of rooms at the UWM dorms starting that
Monday and running through the following Sunday for those making the full
tour.
IN BOTH CASES, individuals will need to make their own reservation against the
block of rooms. There is a dorm signup on the RPA site, and there will probably
be an ETB event signup as well after all gets firmed up here with the transportation
issues.

Hi all,,, was wondering if anyone had cockpit "map" of a CJ so I can start studying
for my transition training? Large picture, or a line drawing.
Merry Christmas

Hello Skidmark Mike,
Too bad you didn't get the really great airplane in this class;
the Yak 52. If you had done that, then I would have sent you the
really fine indexed cockpit photograph Yak 52 transition training aid
that I have.
Best wishes and Merry Christmas anyway,
