I will make up a set straps to support the tanks midsection.. In response to your
previous E Mail on my vent system, the aircraft has been modified with the
dual vents. Thanks for the info on the fuel bladder mod.

The CJ straps will not fit.

Doc does have a point, intentional or not he has touched on the reason this
scoundrel is still in business. That point is very simply this: Hope
springs eternal! Once he has your deposit you have no choice but to hope
that he WILL do what he says, if you wait long enough. And we all feel tha
t
if we rock the boat to violently we will get nothing, so we have no choice
but to remain quiet and hope for the best. In the mean time this jerk goes
about his business of screwing even more folks in the flying community.
Personally I think the guy really does intend to do what he says he will do
,
but for one reason or another he gets himself in a financial jamb and so he
sells the same plane twice or takes a deposit on something he does not even
have yet. In my situation he took a 50% deposit on 4 engines, 24 hours
after he rec'd my deposit he canceled two of the engines and refused to
refund the deposit on the cancelled engines. So now he has full payment fo
r
the two engines! Very slick indeed!! He then sold my engines to another
party here in the states, not once but TWICE and only after I threatened hi
m
with legal action, Dennis visited him, and I waited more than 2 years did
he finally send my engines. Yes folks this guy needs to be put in jail,
hopefully that will happen after Dennis gets his aircraft. But as Doc
hinted somebody is going to be left holding the bag when it happens. What
we need to do is to get the word out about him or better than that, go over
there and "talk to him by hand", he obviously need an attitude adjustment.

2) You friends from French Air Force: the problem is that this Yak-52 was supposed
to be delivered by Liutauras...but as usually nothing happened after we paid
the deposit. I am between Liutauras and your friends without any power to act...only
legal way as I do now. I never stolen anybody and I will not start to
stole someone today. I'm just claiming against Anabaras to take my deposit back
and I soon as will receive the money I will give it back to your friends.
I'm not a bad guy and situation is pretty complicate for me...Dennis SAVARESE
can confirm this.

How about we stop doing business with anyone over there? What will that do...maybe
put pressure on those that are honest to take some sort of action against
