Yes it still uses the 50 AMP generator but a solid state regulator
mounted
behind the pilots seat.

Hi Reade, no... slight misunderstanding. I am very familiar with the
B&C stuff. In this case we are dealing with a stock generator with a
solid state regulator. I have never seen anything like this.

We just completed a B&C alternator/regulator install on the Wilga -
although it is the AI14 engine I believe it uses the same mounting plate
as the stock CJ engine. Contact Morten Stoverud at
