If the latter I make a complete set for both cockpits. Additionally, I found that the FSDO was not up to speed on the EAA-Warbirds 2 inch N-number waiver program. The EAA makes this real easy for us. Keith, you're exactly right about the strut noise, if it's coming whilst the plane is rocking back, it's the nose gear strut extending. A common sound when taxing the plane at Oshkosh. We use ADC oil filters on our aircraft and are very pleased with the installation. Check them out at http:// www.aviationdevelopment.com/. Not only does it double the interval between oil changes as any oil filter will do, but this also is "smart" and will let you know when it's time to clean the screen....no spin on filter...and has additional add on features of chip detection and low oil pressure warning.
