The housing must be firmly clamped to structure near the operating end. If that has come loose the housing will move with cable actuation. I'll call the machinist on Monday and confirm everything. Thursday I am supposed to travel out to California (where the machinist is). I am going to take the sample that I have from when he started the run to be sure that everything is right with them. Hopefully they'll be finished before I return home. I'll report back as soon as possible.
