Five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps eight, Central Air Conditioning, newly remodeled S.Steel kitchen appliances, HDTV and just 5 minutes from the field. $250 for an individual or $500 for a couple from Sunday, July 26th through Sunday, August 2. Anybody going to MTW before Oshkosh? Talked to Keith Harbour and we were thinking of dropping into MTW for Saturday night before Oshkosh if their was enough interest. Getting in some practice Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning and hoisting a few at an uncrowded bar. In the past couple of years however, I have switched to C.E.P (Communication Ear Protection) that in my experience is superior to ANR. The C.E.P is primarily used in very high noise environment such as Helicopters and includes a set of mini-transducers that are connected (in parallel) to the standard helmet earphone via a short pigtail. The transducer is embedded in a standard ear noise-protection foam plug with a tiny canal that bring the audio straight to you eardrum while blocking the damaging noise. Much simpler to hook up than ANR, no need for a power source and healthier to the ear than any ANR not to mention the bottom line of very loud, clear and noise free audio (cheaper too). I think it's worth looking into - the manufacturer web site: www.cep-usa.com FWIW Sam Sax Miami -----Original Message----- >From: mikspin >Sent: Jul 12, 2009 12:13 PM >To: yak-list@matronics.com >Subject: Yak-List: Re: ANR conversion > > >Hey guys, > >I've been researching the different ANR options as well, and one thing I found is that if you can hold out until OSH (and providing you're there), Headsets, Inc. has a pretty decent show price. > >They also mentioned to me last year that if I called within a month or so after the show and mentioned that I talked with them at OSH I could still get the discount. > >Mike Hastings > > >Read this topic online here: > >http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=252656#252656 > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other Matronics Email List Services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post A New Message yak-list@matronics.com UN/SUBSCRIBE http://www.matronics.com/subscription List FAQ http://www.matronics.com/FAQ/Yak-List.htm Web Forum Interface To Lists http://forums.matronics.com Matronics List Wiki http://wiki.matronics.com Full Archive Search Engine http://www.matronics.com/search 7-Day List Browse http://www.matronics.com/browse/yak-list Browse Digests http://www.matronics.com/digest/yak-list Browse Other Lists http://www.matronics.com/browse Live Online Chat! http://www.matronics.com/chat Archive Downloading http://www.matronics.com/archives Photo Share http://www.matronics.com/photoshare Other Email Lists http://www.matronics.com/emaillists Contributions http://www.matronics.com/contribution ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These Email List Services are sponsored solely by Matronics and through the generous Contributions of its members.
