An M14P Powered Car It's not the M14P, but the AI 14 (more or less the same engine, but without the supercharger). A little bit less powerful, but still very impressive. The car is a GOGGOMOBIL, small car from the 1950ties in Germany, with a 250 cc engine, and something like 10 PS perhaps. The kind of small car for which you did not need a drivers license. This was quite popular in Germany just after the war (many people, particularly former soldiers, could not get a drivers license). So this Goggomobil has now about 25 times more power .... Real fun when you're at the traffic lights aside a BMW J From: owner-yak-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-yak-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Byron Fox Sent: vrijdag 4 september 2009 1:04 Subject: Yak-List: Finally! Even though, yes, they are in the cockpit. The mirrors I sell (sold) are Wide Angle type and allow the user to look at Lead while seeing one's own wingman and/or whomever is flying in the slot at the same time. For Lead, both wingman can be seen in their place (of course!) while scanning for traffic. You can also monitor the progress of someone crossing over as well. Have you ever wondered, Where did that guy go? With the mirrors you can plainly see when someone gets locked in the wing wash. Did I mention that the GIB can be watched as well? All this for a paltry sum, but wait there's more..... I don't plan on using them for formation actually. That is jus t how they were advertised=2C so I thought it would help jog someone's memo ry. What they might be good for is point rolls on the vertical. Depending on your techniques of course.
