I will try to briefly reply to everyone: I apologize for not knowing the proper term for the part that Im seeking (I still dont) The plane is a Yak-55 (build for 9 Gs), and while doing Vertical rolls I normally do the initial pull at 7 or 7.5 Gs. In this Particular time I heard a metallic ping, discontinued flight and after taking the cowlings off I saw the Gill Bar broke at the base. I was also wondering if there was something that looks sturdier (like some 52-TWs) as Doug suggested. Ill have to go next weekend and measure them and I may need a couple.
