Pumper, Better check the Wx before you agree to that! It's been IFR for a week a and counting....otherwise the Yak would have been exercised already. ;) That being said, you are welcome to come out and fly with us any time! Subject: Piston and rings?
    From: cjpilot710@aol.com
This maybe a little premature but where would I get a piston and rings for the M-14P? Doing a compression check today I've found my #9 cylinder well below the 10% of the average of the other cylinder. I plan to check the oil filter for excessive metal. Right now I just have the low compression on the ga ge and lots of noise coming out the breather. Last year I did a ring job on the same cylinder which fixed it back than, but I'm back in the same spot again. If I'm lucky tomorrow and the filter doesn't show anything major, I'm figu ring I have a piston with worn lands. Jim "Pappy" Goolsby
