Subject: | Two Nanchang mechanical questions |
1. Is there any trick to replacing the Flap cockpit valve? I have a spare and there
appears to be a lot of air leaking out of the one that's installed. Is it
a straight swap? Someone mentioned the 90 degree air fittings have to be clocked,
is that correct?
2. How do you open the gap on the Chinese spark plugs? They're surprisingly hard
metal and without putting any pressure on the delicate center electrode, I don't
see an elegant way to pry them open without galling the metal on the outer
electrodes (grabbing or hitting them open).
Thanks!
