Warbirds parking & camping are still a mess. Standing water on roads & gr ass and the entrance to the Warbirds campground is a lake. They are pumpi ng water out of it, but I can't imagine any RV's being able to drive in th ere for 2-3 days at least. The Red Lot where you park your car is closed because of all the mud. Friends tried to walk out to the flight line alo ng 18-36 and had to wade thru ankle-deep water. If you do fly-in, make sure a greeter gives you a yellow piece of paper be cause they will not let you register without it. They weren't there yester day when Mark flew in. I just tried to register and they wouldn't let me since Mark had taken the plane to MTW. The parking lot where we dropped off our trailer appears to be full, so if more trailers/motorhomes come in, I don't know where they're going to go. Same for planes. They're going to run out of pavement soon. Carolyn Pasqualino T-34B N8226E In a message dated 7/24/2010 7:10:42 A.M. Thanks and cheers, Chris. ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 05:44:41 PM PST US From: Walter Lannon Subject: Re: Yak-List: torque settings to lock blades Chris; If you are referring to the counterweight clamp bolts that lock the blades to the sleeve that is already installed in the hub it is 8 Kgf/m or 57 to 60 Lb Ft. This would apply to both the J9G1 (CJ) and the V530. Make sure the c'weight clamp is in positive contact with the sleeve flange before securing. If you are referring to the blade bearing retaining nuts please advise. Cheers, Chris. ----- Original Message ----- From: Walter Lannon To: yak-list@matronics.com Sent: Sunday, July 25, 2010 10:14 AM Subject: Re: Yak-List: torque settings to lock blades Chris; If you are referring to the counterweight clamp bolts that lock the blades to the sleeve that is already installed in the hub it is 8 Kgf/m or 57 to 60 Lb Ft.
