It is a very short run from the fuel pump to the carb and I wonder how others have installed theirs. It would seem the possibilities are to mount the transducer on the firewall or just inserted inline. Pictures would be nice! Even then with the heat shroud on the transducer it will be hard to tell how it is mounted. Saying that, my FS 450 is mounted on the fuel line from the equalization sphere to the carb. It is mounted midway between the two fittings. I then have it mounted to the engine mount arm that runs parallel to the fuel line. The transducer is nearer to the sphere than the banjo fitting on the carb. Dennis can tell you more about this setup. This is a start. The transducer is wrapped in the orange fire sleeve which comes in the kit and then strapped to the engine mount which basically follows the hose angle down to the carburetor. The placards are exact recreations of the originals (in English, of course) and even include the main switch panel customized to your aircraft. Individual custom placards can also be made. $350 for the set....quality isn't cheap, but they look great and will last a very long time. Lead time on custom placards is generally a few weeks. I think we have one standard set in stock. Please contact us directly for orders or more details. Happy Flying! Barry -------- Barry Hancock Worldwide Warbirds, Inc.
