      So , for the European pilots, I bought this adaptors :

      Very quick delivery, a mug as a gift :-).
      
      
      I am very happy to leave in the locker those awful Russian headsets! The
      adaptors, with good quality headsets, give me such a wonderful comfort!

      You will be much better off installing the standard GA headphone and mic
      jacks.

      As you should know, the standard Russian headsets are horrible!
      
      I would like to plug my GA Headsets on the plane but I would prefer to 
      keep
      the original Russian plugs on the plane. So I need to build an adaptor 
      to go
      from Russian (5 pins)to western audio plugs.
      
      Has someone the picture of the wiring I have to make to achieve this
      adaptor?
