Subject: Torquing the Housai cylinder base nuts

I'm getting ready to re-torque the cylinder base nuts on my Housai (have the tool
and equipment) but wanted to verify the torque specs and the procedure.
I only have to take off the cooling shrouds right? I don't have to take off intake/exhaust
runners?
And what's the torque spec for those? Any other advice would be appreciated.
