Doug,
I have blade serial numbers 001 and 002 of this prop design and should
have it on my CJ-6A with a M-14P within a couple of weeks. Will let you
know how it performs. Attached is a picture from WhirlWind of the
V-530WT on a Yak-52 while the design was being evaluated.
Jill Gernetzke did an absolutely beautiful job of mounting my blades on
an overhauled V-530 hub with a static balance. She is an artist.

I guess - No I know, I am too much a traditionalist. The V-530WT most lik
ely has great performance and will be an asset to anyone who puts it on hi
s/her airplane. But GOD it looks ugly. (You'll most like find my remains
in a tar pit somewhere)

Hello all,
I'm looking for some feedback regarding the installation of rudder trim in the
CJ. I've decided to use a servo mounted in the rudder but I've seen several different
variations of trim tabs. There are the tabs that are "cut in" and those
that are mounted with a piano hinge as a direct replacement for the stock bendable
tab (some long, some short). I'm also curious if anyone has used a CJ elevator
tab in their version.
I'd appreciate any comments from those who have done it.
Regards,
Keith McKinley
