Gotta learn how to "send a message"....sorry
What is the torque for the cylinder base nut/stud combination
Does anyone have advice on how to keep them tight.....anyone using Loctite?
- Which One?
Are any particular cylinders prone to leak at the base?

300-320 in/lb. is what I have read here. For some of the studs on the bottom cylinders
you will have to remove the oil sump. Use locktabs to secure the nuts
and torque-seal to be sure nothing moves. The nuts are 14mm=9/16" so you can use
an ordinary cylinder base wrench (after a bit of grinding around the perimeter
so it will fit in the tight space). Doug has the locktabs  and sump gaskets.

Guys, has anyone tried extending the lower gear door on a CJ6, so that it totally
covers the gear when closed?  If so, please share your results.  Thanks in
