Actually, you might have pretty good luck with www.translate.ru . The other translators do a pretty hilarious job, but this one is close to spot on.

Subject: | CJ Exhaust wanted |
Hi all.
Anyone out there have a Stainless Steel R/H exhaust stub they no longer need
or want for a CJ-6?
It needs to be of the standard Chinese style utilising the clamps and
seals. I believe the M-14 ones will fit as well.

Jay,
The M14 exhaust collars will not fit the Huosai cylinder exhaust
flanges. They are slightly larger in diameter. :-(
